How to tighten the abdomen after childbirth, and the abdominal belt is effective

Women will have a big belly after giving birth, which will make their body look very disproportionate. The best way to tighten the abdomen after childbirth is to wear a belly belt. It is best to wear it during the confinement period so that you can restore your figure as soon as possible and make yourself more confident.

How to tie a belly band

1) Size: The abdominal band used is made of breathable white gauze, 1200 cm long and 15 cm wide

2) Dosage: This is the mother's own homework. Because she does not wear any clothes (first tie the belly band and then put on the underwear), it is flat against the skin and easily wet with sweat. Each person needs to prepare 2 pairs of replacements.

3) Function:. a. Prevent visceral prolapse (general abdominal corsets are not applicable) b. Shrink the abdomen and reduce belly fat

4) Time to start binding: Natural birth - 2 days after delivery; Caesarean section - 6 days (use abdominal binding within 5 days); Miscarriage - 2 days after surgery

5) Daily removal and re-tying time: remove before meals and re-tie before eating; remove before bathing and re-tie after bathing; tie 24 hours a day for 2 weeks after delivery, re-tie if it becomes loose; after 3 weeks, tie during the day and remove at night

6) Cleaning method: Wash with cold detergent, rinse with clean water and dry. Do not use a washing machine as it is easy to wrinkle.

7) How to tie and remove the belly band:

a. Lie on your back with your knees raised and your feet flat on the bed. Try to keep your thighs above your knees at a right angle to your abdomen. Raise your hips and place two cushions under your hips.

b. Place both hands on the lower abdomen, with the palms facing forward, and massage the internal organs towards the "heart".

c. Tie it in two sections, from the pubic bone to the navel, for a total of 12 circles. The first 7 circles are overlapped and wrapped, and it needs to be "folded diagonally" every 1 and a half circles (diagonal folding means turning the front side of the belly band to the back side, and then continue to tie it, and the diagonal folding parts are on both sides of the buttocks). For the last 5 circles, move up 2 cm each time, tie it up in a spiral shape, and finally cover the navel and fix it with a safety pin and insert the belt head.

d. Each time, you need to tie the belt 12 times. If your waist is larger, you need to connect 3 belts into 2.

e. If you are too thin, have prominent hip bones, and the belly band cannot fit your belly, you need to put a towel under your belly before tying the belly band.

f. When dismantling, you must dismantle and roll it back into a solid circle for later use.
