3. Recurrence Rate

Patients with atypical endometrial hyperplasia can transform their endometrium and even become pregnant after conservative treatment, but there is still a possibility of recurrence. Among the 8 cases who became pregnant after treatment at Peking Union Medical College Hospital, 6 relapsed 2 to 13 years after delivery, accounting for 75% of the pregnancies.
