What to do about solid breast nodules

What to do about solid breast nodules

Solid breast nodules are often caused by breast hyperplasia, endocrine disorders, and mental factors. Patients should pay attention to adjusting their emotions, arranging their diet reasonably, and not eating spicy and fried foods.

1. Breast hyperplasia can lead to the appearance of solid breast nodules. In addition to being related to endocrine disorders, mental factors are also the main cause of breast hyperplasia. Some women suffer from endocrine disorders, autonomic nervous system disorders, poor sleep, bad temper, etc. due to work pressure, family and marriage and other mental factors. In addition, the number of middle-aged women suffering from hypertension and diabetes is increasing, and they are also prone to endocrine disorders. Estrogen, progesterone levels and glandular structure may be disturbed to a certain extent. Studies have found that patients with breast hyperplasia tend to be depressed, introverted or extreme in character. Some patients experience breast pain whenever they are angry; when they are in a good mood, the symptoms are alleviated and the local lumps become softer.

2. The cause of the disease is endocrine disorder or imbalance of estrogen secretion in the body. Traditional Chinese medicine believes that it is caused by irritability, anger, worry, great mental pressure, sentimentality, excessive liver fire, and stagnation of liver and spleen qi. This does not contradict Western medicine. Excessive liver fire will inevitably affect endocrine system, etc. Breast diseases are often accompanied by symptoms such as irregular menstruation, swollen axillary lymph nodes, and constipation.

3. Be careful not to eat spicy or fried foods, as these are hot foods. You also need to quit smoking and drinking, and regulate your emotions. Anger and irritability are particularly bad for this disease. Some people will feel obvious discomfort in the affected area after getting angry or eating hot foods. There are also soybeans, honey, royal jelly, animal meat that has been raised with hormones, and contraceptives, which contain estrogen.

4. Breast diseases may seem like minor illnesses, but the effects of the drugs used in hospitals and produced by pharmaceutical companies have not been satisfactory. There is a traditional Chinese medicine pill that has been passed down in the family for several generations. This medicine is mainly used to dissolve blood stasis and disperse nodules. It is specially used to treat lumps, swellings, and inflammations. It is effective in treating the following diseases: breast hyperplasia, mastitis, breast fibroids, tonsillitis, lymphadenitis, lymph tuberculosis, pharyngitis... and various unknown swellings and toxins.
