2. Sunbathing your back to regulate your blood

When sunbathing, make sure the sun shines directly on your back. The elderly can deliberately turn their backs toward the sun when exercising in the park. You can adjust the duration yourself and keep it comfortable. In addition, there are two major acupoints in the lower back, namely Mingmen and Shenshu (located in the middle of the waist and back respectively). If it is convenient, you can lift up your clothes and let the sun shine on these two acupoints to replenish kidney energy. 3. Sunbathe your legs and feet to get rid of the cold

“The cold starts from the feet.” People who often have cold hands and feet usually have a yang deficiency constitution. In this case, you may want to expose your feet to the sun more often to drive away the coldness in your body. Patients with chronic cold legs can dry their legs in the sun in the summer, which can effectively drive away the coldness in the legs, accelerate calcium absorption, and help prevent osteoporosis. When sunbathing your legs, choose a good weather day and expose your legs to the sun for at least half an hour each time. 4. Sunbathing your palms helps you sleep

The most important acupuncture point on the palm is Laogong (the point under the tip of the middle finger when making a fist naturally). Pressing and rubbing this acupuncture point can help to calm the mind and soothe the nerves. The method of sunbathing the palms is very simple. Just spread your hands out in the sun, facing the sun, or raise your hands with your palms facing the sun. Sunbathing your palms regularly can relieve fatigue and promote sleep.

Warm reminder: Choose the right time to sunbathe and be sure to avoid times when ultraviolet rays are strong. When sunbathing, be sure to take off your hat and gloves and expose your skin as much as possible.
