(5) Those with hot properties include: cinnamon. Category 2: Fruits (1) Fruits that are cold in nature include: kiwi, persimmon, mulberry, fig, sugar cane, banana, and water chestnut. (2) Fruits that are cool in nature include: pear, loquat, orange, tangerine, mango, monk fruit, and apple. (3) Fruits of neutral nature (a type of fruit that is in the negative series and is a balance between yin and yang) include: grapes, hawthorn, pomegranate, papaya, longan, betel nut, orange, lychee, and lemon. (4) Fruits that are hot in nature include peaches and cherries. Category 3: Nuts (1) Those that are neutral (relatively positive and negative, relatively positive and negative) include: soybeans (yellow beans). (2) Those with a warm nature include chestnuts and almonds.
