1. Try to wash your face with water of appropriate temperature

3. Moisturizer should be moist but not greasy

4. Eat less stimulating food

Eat more foods that nourish yin and moisten the lungs, such as sesame seeds and honey, and try to eat less irritating foods such as onions and garlic. 6. Apply facial mask every week

7. Use night cream before going to bed
