In fact, during the weaning period of the baby, the sleeping position has nothing to do with it. After you coax your child to sleep, let him sleep flat on the bed, and never on his back. If younger children always sleep on their stomachs, they are likely to suffer from suffocation. After all, their breathing is not very smooth, and they may be out of breath for a while and suffer from suffocation.

In the past, mothers would feed the baby while coaxing the baby to sleep. When the baby is weaned, he may not be very comfortable because he has no milk. At this time, mothers can play nursery rhymes, counting ducks or other music for the baby. After hearing the songs, the child's mood will become very stable and he will fall asleep quickly.

In addition, in order to better help babies weaning, mothers are advised not to sleep too close to their children. Because some children will wake up at night, if the mother is next to them when they wake up, they will continue to murmur for milk, which will definitely be detrimental to the baby's weaning. Therefore, the father can sleep with the child, and the mother can sleep farther away.

First of all, when weaning the child, the mother and the baby should rest in separate rooms. Because if the baby and the mother still sleep together, the baby will try to touch the mother's breasts or suck the nipples at night. If the stimulation reaches the breasts, it will cause the mammary glands to secrete milk, which will make the mother's milk swell more severely at night. If the baby is not allowed to touch the mother's nipple, the baby is more likely to cry and make a fuss, so it is best to sleep in a separate bed from the baby.

Secondly, you should express some milk before going to bed. When weaning your baby, if the mother's breasts are too full, it is easy to cause breast diseases such as mastitis, and severe milk swelling during sleep will affect the mother's sleep quality. Therefore, if the breasts are severely swollen before going to bed, you can squeeze out some milk appropriately. But be careful not to squeeze too much milk, because if you squeeze too much breast milk, it will slow down the withdrawal of milk.

Also, don't sleep on your stomach when you sleep, as this will put more pressure on the milk and the milk will easily flow out. Also, don't drink too much water before going to bed.
