How to treat hypoechoic nodules in the breast?

Bilateral breast hypoechoic nodules are most likely to occur in women aged 20 to 40, because women in this age group often experience changes in hormones. For example, estrogen will increase significantly after pregnancy, and progesterone will also change for many reasons. Many women also experience endocrine disorders, which can easily lead to the formation of breast nodules. If the examination results show hypoechoic breast nodules, the following treatments can be adopted.

Treatment of hypoechoic nodules in the breast:

The treatment of this disease is mainly symptomatic treatment, which can be treated with Chinese medicine or Chinese patent medicine, including soothing the liver and regulating qi, harmonizing Chong and Ren meridians, and correcting ovarian function. For localized cystic breast hyperplasia, a follow-up examination should be conducted within 1 week to 10 days after menstruation. If the lump becomes soft, shrinks or disappears, the patient can be observed and continue with Chinese medicine treatment. If the lump does not regress significantly, or if the local lesion is suspected to be malignant during observation, precise positioning with a molybdenum target and interventional drug superconducting ablation should be used to control the further spread of the breast nodule. If there is atypical epithelial hyperplasia, the lesion site can be accurately located through examination equipment for minimally invasive surgical removal. The positioning system can also be used to locate the lesion and perform superconducting ablation of the breast nodule. If there are high-risk factors such as contralateral breast cancer or a family history of breast cancer, as well as older patients with obvious breast tissue hyperplasia around the mass, a simple mastectomy can be performed. If none of the above conditions are present, interventional drug superconducting ablation of breast nodules can be performed followed by close follow-up.

During the examination, if there is low echo and the boundary of the nodule is very clear, it is benign. Benign breast nodules may be single or multiple. They are generally more common in women of childbearing age. When palpated, the nodules are tough and have clear boundaries. The mobility is also relatively good. If it is a malignant breast nodule, most of them are single. They are more common in middle-aged and elderly women. The texture of the nodules is relatively firm, and the boundaries are very unclear, and the mobility is also very poor.

If the breast nodules are caused by breast hyperplasia, they are multiple and may be unilateral or bilateral. The size and texture of the nodules will change with the female cycle. Before menstruation, the nodules will increase in size and the texture will be relatively hard. After menstruation, the nodules will naturally shrink and the texture will become soft. During the examination, nodules of irregular size will be felt, and the boundary with the surrounding tissues is not very clear. Most of them will be tender, and there will be no adhesion to deep tissues and skin, and they will move.

Are breast hypoechoic nodules with clear borders benign? If the breast has low echoes and clear borders, it is benign. Generally, it may be single or multiple, which is very common in women of childbearing age. If it is malignant, most of them are single and hard, and the borders are not very clear.
