1: Chinese medicine for tooth decay and toothache

1: Job's tears and Platycodon powder (Yonglei Fang): Grind job's tears and Platycodon into powder, apply it to caries cavities, and can also be taken orally.

2: Leek root paste (from "Qianjin Fang") Use 10 leek roots, 20 Sichuan peppercorns, and a little sesame oil, mash them into paste, and apply it on the cheek on the side of the affected teeth. It is said that it can be cured after several times. Suitable for caries pain.

3: Ash to clean caries (Bencao Shiyi) Burn the stems and leaves of Caihuidi (also known as Hui, Jinsuoyao) into ashes, mix with water to make pills, detoxify and wrap them, and fill the holes in caries. Efficacy: Fills caries holes and relieves pain. Suitable for caries pain.

Eggplant recipes (Famous Prescriptions on the Sea): Dry eggplant flowers, burn them into ashes, apply to the painful area; or use eggplant roots to mash the juice, apply it frequently; or burn eggplant stalks and mix them with ashes, or add equal parts of eggplant stalk asarum and apply them to the caries. Prescription: 10 grams each of Duhuo, Angelica, Chuanxiong, Piper, and Scutellaria, and 3 grams each of Asarum, Clove, and Licorice. Add or subtract: For those with wind-cold syndrome, add 10 grams each of Schizonepeta and Saposhnikovia; for those with wind-heat syndrome, add 10 grams each of Mentha and Lonicera; for those with yin deficiency and rising fire, add 10 grams each of Rehmannia and Phellodendron; for severe pain, add 10 grams of Qizhi and 3 grams of Sichuan pepper. Decoction in water, gargle with it when it's warm and then swallow. Take 2-3 mouthfuls each time, 4-6 times a day. Function: Detoxify, dispel wind, dredge meridians and relieve pain. Main indications: tooth decay pain.
