Put all the ingredients in a pot, add appropriate amount of water, simmer for 1 to 2 hours, add salt to taste, drink the soup and eat fish maw, wolfberry and lean pork. Finish it within one day.

2. Pork loin porridge

60 grams of pork tenderloin, 90 grams of rice, sesame oil, salt and pepper. First wash and slice the pork, stir-fry it with sesame oil, add clean water, and put in rice to cook porridge. When the porridge is cooked, add salt and pepper, and then boil it before eating.

Three: Silver wolfberry chicken liver porridge

1: 15 grams of Tremella, 10 grams of wolfberry, 100 grams of chicken liver, 10 grams of jasmine, 100 grams of polished rice and appropriate amount of seasoning. Soak the white fungus in water and tear it into small pieces. Cut the chicken liver into thin slices and cook them into porridge with rice. When the porridge is 60% cooked, add wolfberry and continue cooking. Then add seasoning and jasmine flowers and it is ready to eat.

Four: Lingzhi stewed pig's trotters

15 grams of Ganoderma lucidum, 1 pig's trotter, cooking wine, salt, MSG, scallion segments, ginger slices, lard, etc. Wash the pig's trotters and remove the hair. Wash and slice the Ganoderma lucidum. Put lard in the pot, add scallion and ginger after heating, stir-fry until fragrant, add pig's trotters, water, wine, salt, MSG, and Ganoderma lucidum. Bring to a boil over high heat, then simmer until the pig's trotters are well cooked. It is then ready to eat.

Five: Toad stewed with rock sugar

50 grams of snow clam paste, 15 grams of green beans, 10 grams of wolfberry, 30 grams of wine juice, 50 grams of rock sugar, and appropriate amounts of green onions and ginger. Wash wolfberries and green beans, cut scallions into sections, and slice ginger. Pour the snow frog paste into a clay bowl, add 500 ml of clean water and half of the wine juice, as well as scallions and ginger slices. Steam for 2 hours, take out, remove the ginger and scallions, and drain the water. Remove the black fascia on the snow frog paste, break the large ones into several pieces, put them in a bowl, and add 500 ml of clean water. Steam the other half of the wine for two hours to allow it to fully expand, then scoop it into a large soup bowl. Add 180 ml of clean water and rock sugar into the bowl, steam it for one hour until the rock sugar has dissolved, discard the sediment, pour it into the bowl of toad oil, and sprinkle with wolfberries and green beans.

6: Erxian Mutton Soup

1: 12 grams each of Curculigo orchioides and Epimedium, 15 grams of ginger, 250 grams of mutton, a little salt, cooking oil and MSG. Slice the mutton, put it into a casserole with appropriate amount of water, then put the Curculigo, Epimedium and ginger wrapped in gauze into the pot, cook over low heat (until the mutton is well-cooked), add seasoning and serve. Remove the medicine bag, eat the meat and drink the soup.

7: From the perspective of traditional Chinese medicine,

Foods that have a direct positive effect on the ovaries include citrus fruit, turtle blood, egg white and beans (soybeans). The better medicines are American ginseng, Ligustrum lucidum, etc., which have a good effect of nourishing the ovaries.
