Yoga exercises before bed to reduce belly fat, lose weight easily without worry

1. Side Triangle Pose

1: Stand with your feet apart, legs straight, arms straight out to the sides of your body, keeping them parallel to the floor, shoulders bent to the left until your left hand touches your left calf, right arm straight out to the ceiling, chest up.

2. Seated forward bend

Sit with your legs straight in front of your body, feet stretched out, body bent downward, forehead on your calves, shoulders arched upward, abdomen pressed against your thighs, arms placed on either side of your legs, palms on the ground.

3. Half Moon Pose

Stand with your feet together, legs straight, arms straight and shoulder-width apart, raised above your head, palms facing forward, shoulders bent backward until your arms are parallel to the floor, chest up, and waist bent backward.

4. Warrior Pose

Stand, take a big step forward with your left foot, bend your knees, place your right leg behind you, keep your calves close to the floor, and stretch your feet. Stretch your arms above your head, put your hands together, bend your shoulders backwards, and lift your chest.

5. Child’s Pose Variation

1: Kneel down with your feet together, feet straight, buttocks sitting on your heels, body bent downward so that your abdomen is close to your thighs, forehead placed on the floor, arms straight behind your back, fingers hooked together.

6. Standing forward bend

1: Stand with your feet together, legs straight, and bend your body downward until your hands touch your heels. Keep your forearms close to the back of your calves, your forehead on your calves, and your hips lifted up, trying to keep your abdomen close to your thighs.
