1: Stir-fried bitter melon

1: Prepare fresh bitter gourd, cut it into strips and blanch it in boiling water. This can effectively remove the bitterness of the bitter gourd. After draining the water, put the prepared bitter gourd into an oil pan and stir-fry. When it is about 90% cooked, you can add some seasonings according to your personal taste, and finally you can serve it.

2. Five Flower Tea

30 grams of dried kapok flowers, 30 grams of honeysuckle flowers, 20 grams of locust flowers, 20 grams of frangipani flowers, and 20 grams of kudzu flowers. Wash all the above ingredients, put them into a pot, add 400 ml of water and boil. This five-flower tea can clear dampness and heat from the large intestine.

Three: Spleen-strengthening and Dampness-removing Soup

10 grams of yam (dried product), 10 grams of wild yam, 10 grams of rhizoma angustifoliae, 300 grams of pig pancreas (pig horizontal moon sauce), and appropriate amount of water. Wash Chinese yam, wild yam, rhizoma corydalis and pig's horn moonflower, put them into a clay pot together, add appropriate amount of water and boil, then turn to low heat and cook for 1 hour before drinking.

Four: Grass Turtle Dehumidifying Soup

500 grams of grass turtle, 200 grams of pork, 250 grams of fresh Poria cocos, and 6 red dates. Put the grass turtle, pork, Chinese prickly ash and red dates into a clay pot and boil for 3 to 4 hours.

Five: Lily and Winter Melon Soup

1: Cut the dried daylily into pieces and soak them in boiling water for half an hour. Cut the winter melon into shreds and set aside. Put both ingredients into boiling water and bring to a boil over high heat. Add seasonings before serving.

6. Red bean and barley drink

1: Prepare the two required ingredients in equal proportions and then soak them; put the prepared ingredients into a pot together, add water, and simmer for half an hour to take out half of the juice. Continue to simmer for 30 minutes and take out the remaining water. Stir it evenly twice and then take it. It can play a good role in clearing heat and dampness.
