The high temperature is still there, women please wash this place clean

Summer is coming, and we have to take a bath every day. The correct cleaning methods for different parts of a woman's body are different, and they must be treated differently.

Sensitive part 1: chest

Women should wash their breasts frequently with warm water, but be careful to protect their breasts. Do not pull or rub the breasts and nipples hard. Instead, lift the breasts lightly with one hand and rub them lightly in a clockwise direction with the fingertips of the other hand. Pregnant women can apply some olive oil after bathing to make the breast skin moisturized and resilient.

Breast care

There is a problem with the breasts that is easily overlooked, which is the darkening of the areola. Regularly using products containing arbutin, papaya enzyme, and mulberry bark can decompose aging cuticles and help lighten the areola.

At the same time, applying some glycerin and olive oil can also moisturize the breast skin. At present, some products have launched special areola lightening creams. Because it is a delicate area, the safety of the ingredients is the most important thing to pay attention to when choosing.

Sensitive area 2: Neck

The neck and behind the ears are places where dirt easily accumulates. People who love cleanliness often rub them hard, but it should be noted that small filiform warts are prone to grow on the neck, which can cause infection once rubbed off. Use your fingertips to gently rub upwards and back and forth.

Neck care

Many people believe that skin aging starts on the face, but the truth is, the neck is the part that is most likely to reveal signs of aging. Bathing is a very important part of neck care.

The prerequisite for allowing the neck to fully absorb moisture and nutrients is to do a good job of cleaning and care, and not allow old cuticles and other dirt to remain on the neck. In addition to using a mild cleanser every day, you should also do a deep cleansing once or twice a week. Use an exfoliating lotion with a mild scrub to gently massage the skin on your neck, then rinse with clean water and apply an alcohol-free toner.

Sensitive area three: armpits

There are abundant sweat glands under the armpits. When taking a bath, you should not use hot water to stimulate them, nor should you rub them vigorously with a bath towel. You can raise your arms and rinse with warm water. Since the skin tissue under the armpits is relatively loose, you can rub the shower gel into rich foam and then wash it, then massage it with your fingertips to promote blood circulation.

Sensitive area 4: Private area

The first thing to pay attention to when it comes to private parts is cleanliness. Many people wash their private parts together with their bathing parts. This method is actually wrong. The private parts must be washed and cared for separately from other parts to ensure hygiene and health. Because of the acidity and alkalinity of the skin, you must use a bath lotion with a pH value of 5 for cleaning so as not to disrupt the original balance.

Private care

The skin in private parts is the most easily neglected and also the one that needs the most care and maintenance. If not cared for, it will slowly begin to shrink, age, and darken, turning from red to black-purple. Since the private parts are more delicate than the skin on the face, and exfoliation is absolutely not a good way to maintain them, some auxiliary products must be used. For the private parts, there are already some products launched, including exfoliating and whitening lotions, moisturizing lotions, and even facial masks specifically for the private parts, and there are also underwear specifically for whitening the private parts.

Sensitive area 5: feet

Women often wear sandals in the summer, exposing their skin to the sun and air. After a period of time, the skin on their feet is seriously damaged. If you don't take good care of it in the summer, it will be even drier in the fall.

Foot care

A lot of dead skin easily accumulates on the feet. When the dead skin on the feet becomes soft after taking a shower, use your fingers to massage in circles to enhance the exfoliation effect.

If you want a better scrub effect without damaging your skin, you can wrap your feet with a towel soaked in hot water. After about 5 minutes, the dead skin will soften, making it easier to remove dead skin!

A simple leg massage can promote blood circulation, reduce edema, and make moisturizer more absorbed!

1. Apply moisturizer after scrubbing. Remember to use enough moisturizer to avoid abrasion of the skin during massage.

2. Apply the moisturizer evenly from the soles of the feet to the thighs.

3. Hold the calf with both hands, and use your thumbs to press the calf from bottom to top.
