Repeat 10 times.

4. Sit upright on the stool, with your feet on the ground, shoulder-width apart, and your hands on your thighs, palms facing down; sit on the edge of the stool, not full on.

5. Get rid of distracting thoughts, concentrate your mind, focus your thoughts on the perineum, and breathe naturally; when you inhale, lift and shrink the perineum, and when you exhale, relax it, and breathe with abdominal breathing as the method.

6. Lie face down, stretch your hands on your waist, put your feet together, and raise them as high as possible. After raising your legs, stop for 6 seconds, and close your anus tightly. Repeat this action 5 times, take a short break, and then do it 5 more times. This exercise can effectively enhance the physical strength of the whole body.

7. Stand up, first adjust your breathing, put away distracting thoughts, and as soon as you enter a state of tranquility, do normal abdominal breathing. Relax your whole body from the chest, abdomen, back, feet, back, waist, buttocks, and feet in turn. When inhaling, focus your mind on the relaxed part and press your tongue against the upper palate. When exhaling, relax that part. If you feel the bones and flesh separating, open your mouth slightly, and repeat 3 times. After the whole body is relaxed, slowly inhale into the nose, through the Tan Zhong, and into the Dantian; at the same time, retract the anus and testicles (women, the uterus), focus on the Dantian for a moment, and then exhale the air from the Dantian through the Tan Zhong and out of the nostrils, while slowly relaxing the anus and testicles.

In terms of diet, you can eat some foods that nourish the kidneys and yin. These foods are very helpful in enhancing the sexual ability of female friends. You can also do some exercise to achieve this effect, because there are many types of exercise that can achieve this effect. The most important thing is not to have too much pressure every time you have sex.
