How to treat breast hyperplasia pain

How to treat breast hyperplasia pain

As the social status of many women in modern society continues to improve, they all hope to work hard in the workplace and obtain the highest value in life. However, some women work in a high-pressure environment for a long time, which puts them in sub-healthy conditions for a long time, resulting in a series of diseases such as breast hyperplasia. So how to treat the pain caused by breast hyperplasia? I hope that my answer below can provide a scientific explanation for women with breast diseases.

1. Cyclic pain

Is the most common type. The average age of onset is 35 years old. The pain is related to the menstrual cycle and often worsens before menstruation. Patients often complain of bilateral bloating and pain and will tell their doctors that the pain can radiate to the inner side of the upper arm. This type of pain is best treated.

2. Non-cyclical pain

This pain has no obvious relationship with the menstrual cycle and mostly occurs in women in the 40-year-old age group. Patients often tell us that their pain is limited to one breast and is "burning pain" and "throbbing pain". During physical examination, there will be obvious tenderness in a certain part of the breast.

2. Causes:

Diseases such as breast hyperplasia, duct ectasia, and superficial breast vein thrombophlebitis can cause breast pain, but many scholars believe that most breast pain is within the normal range of breast development and involution (ANDI), which is closely related to endocrine factors, essential fatty acid content, psychological factors, etc., and there is no real histological change.

3. Treatment:

1. Low-fat, less spicy diet

A six-month clinical trial showed that a low-fat diet can effectively reduce breast pain.

2. Quit smoking and reduce caffeine intake

Different trials have shown different results on this, but if you can, at least quit smoking, as it also increases the risk of breast cancer.

3. Support bra

A trial on 144 patients with severe breast pain confirmed that using a supportive bra to lift the breasts and prevent them from sagging for a long time can reduce or even eliminate pain in 75% of patients. This is exactly what the majority of middle-aged and elderly Chinese women lack. Even some doctors advise their patients not to wear bras.

4. Drug treatment

Only about 15% of patients are unable to relieve pain by adjusting their lifestyle and require treatment with drugs such as tamoxifen, bromocriptine, and danazol.

Through the brief introduction in the above paragraphs, I believe that women should have a new understanding and deep knowledge about how to treat breast hyperplasia pain! Of course, I would also like to point out that no matter how busy we are at work, we hope that women must arrange their work and rest and eating habits, and try to go to the gym for swimming exercises as much as possible when they have time, so as to ensure breast health.
