Therefore, eating more fish can help you live a healthy and long life. Carp tastes sweet and is neutral in nature. It has the effects of nourishing the stomach, promoting diuresis and reducing swelling, promoting lactation, clearing away heat and detoxifying, stopping coughs and relieving gas. It is beneficial for various edema, swelling, abdominal distension, oliguria, jaundice, and milk obstruction. Japonica rice has the effects of nourishing the middle and replenishing qi, strengthening the spleen and stomach, and stopping sweating. It also has a good effect on symptoms such as spleen and stomach deficiency and cold, and poor appetite. 6. Shouwu Japonica Rice Porridge Ingredients: 60 grams of Polygonum multiflorum, 3-5 red dates, 100 grams of polished rice. Method: First, boil the prepared Polygonum multiflorum to obtain the thick juice, remove the residue, add red dates and glutinous rice to cook porridge, when it is ready, add appropriate amount of brown sugar and boil it for one or two more times.
