What are the early symptoms of breast lipoma?

I believe that for many female friends, having plump and charming breast curves will make them full of self-confidence. However, because there are many blood vessels in the breasts, it is easy to cause inflammation if you are not careful, which can lead to symptoms of breast lipoma. This makes more female friends frightened and worried, so what are the early symptoms of breast lipoma? Regarding this issue, please join me in reading the following content.

Breast lipomas look similar to normal breast fat. However, lipoma is not only yellow in color, but also has a thin connective tissue capsule, which contains many normal fat cells divided into lobes by the connective tissue. Some contain a lot of connective tissue or blood vessels, and sometimes several brown-red glandular epithelial tissues can be seen mixed in the cross-section of a lipoma. Pathological sections show adipose tissue mixed with the epithelial structure of the mammary lobules. This tumor is called an adenolipoma. The cause of this tumor is generally believed to be that the alveolar structure in the adipose tissue does not participate in tumorigenesis, and during the growth of the lipoma, the adipose tissue infiltrates around the alveoli.

Breast lipoma is common in large breasts with more fat in women over 40 years old. Its clinical manifestations are very different from those of general lipomas. Breast lumps are often discovered accidentally, without pain or discomfort, and no nipple warmth. The tumor is generally single, round or oblate, soft in texture, with clear boundaries, and a lobed surface. The tumor is not adhered to the skin, but small depressions are common on the skin on the surface of the tumor. This is because fibrous bands pass through the skin into the lobules of the fat scar. The tumor grows slowly and may not change much for a long time. It has nothing to do with the menstrual cycle. The tumor size varies from 3 to 5 cm. In patients with long course of disease, it can reach more than 10 cm.

Breast lipoma needs to be differentiated from lobulated fibroadenoma. Lobulated fibroadenoma grows faster, is larger than lipoma, has a harder texture, and has more obvious lobes. In order to make a correct diagnosis, a biopsy may be performed if necessary. Because the treatment of this disease is different from that of lipoma, surgery for lobed fibroadenoma requires the removal of the tumor together with the surrounding breast tissue, and simple breast removal can be performed if necessary.

The above paragraphs introduce us to the early symptoms of breast lipoma in detail. I sincerely hope that my friends can read the above content carefully, so that they can have a deeper understanding and more proficient mastery of these early symptoms. Of course, I would like to say one more thing. We must take off our bras before going to bed at night, otherwise our breasts will be squeezed.
