In traditional Chinese medicine, everyone has a unique physique, which is determined by their appearance, personality, eating habits, and living habits. For example, people with phlegm-dampness constitution are generally obese and have a large appetite. So how to better regulate the phlegm-dampness constitution in women? Because women love beauty, women with phlegm-dampness constitution make people look unattractive, so they need to formulate their own conditioning methods according to their ability.

The damp constitution is also called the slow-cooling constitution, which is mostly caused by improper diet or illness. The "phlegm" here does not only refer to phlegm in the general concept, but refers to the abnormal retention of body fluid, which is a pathological product; phlegm-damp constitution is a relatively common constitution type at present. When the human body's internal organs, yin and yang are out of balance, and the movement of qi, blood, body fluids is disordered, and phlegm and dampness are easily formed, this physical state can be considered as phlegm-damp constitution.

In terms of diet: control the amount of food, eat until you are 70% full, do not overeat, do not eat too fast, eat less salt, especially do not eat midnight snacks, you must eat breakfast (eating breakfast is the first step to improve phlegm-damp constitution and lose weight), the diet should be light, warm and dry or have a dehumidifying effect. Foods that remove dampness: yam, white lentils, coix seeds, red beans, crucian carp, and ginger. Eat less salty, sour, cold, greasy and astringent foods.

It is also especially important to drink less beverages, especially those with high sugar content. Sweet foods can cause dampness, sweet foods can cause dampness, and fat, sweet, and greasy foods can cause phlegm and dampness, so you must drink less beverages. You should also eat less watermelon. People with phlegm-dampness constitution will not lose weight by eating watermelon. Because of obesity and prone to sleepiness, you should proceed step by step according to your specific situation and persist in long-term exercise, such as walking, jogging, playing table tennis, badminton, tennis, swimming, martial arts, and various dances that suit you.

The population of women with phlegm-dampness constitution is quite large. Moreover, women with phlegm-dampness constitution tend to be lazy and usually don't like to go out. The more they don't want to move, the more they need to get up and move around, which can promote digestion. No matter what kind of plan you make to change your physical condition, you must stick to it, because it is impossible to see results in one or two days. Only if you persist will there be obvious results.
