3. Jumping jacks

4. Sitting posture with legs tucked in

Action requirements: Use your hips as a fulcrum, pull your knees in while pressing your upper body forward, contracting your abdominal muscles as much as possible. Practice time: 45 seconds

5. Alternate lunges + left and right turns

Action requirements: When doing lunges, the knee of the lunge foot should be at a 90-degree angle, and then turn to one side. Practice time: 45 seconds

6. Single-leg (alternating) push-ups

Action requirements: Use the strength of your arms to support your body. Practice time: 45 seconds

7. Push-ups + alternating leg lifts

Action requirements: Try to use standard push-ups. During the movement, tighten your waist and abdomen and keep them like a flat board. Practice time: 45 seconds

8. Kneeling position with hands and feet raised (opposite side)

Action requirements: When raising the hands and feet on the opposite side, stretch them forward and backward as much as possible and stay there for 1 to 2 seconds. Practice time: 45 seconds
