Will skipping breakfast cause menstrual irregularity?

Breakfast is of vital importance to our health. If you often skip breakfast, the harm will be quite great. And try to eat a good breakfast every day. Don’t eat fried or too greasy food. Otherwise, it will have a great impact on your stomach and intestines. It may lead to poor digestion in your intestines. In severe cases, it may even cause irregular menstruation for female friends. This is one of the more important reasons for irregular menstruation.

A survey in recent years also found that a considerable proportion of people with menstrual disorders do not eat breakfast or simply deal with it.

Menstruation, also known as the menstrual cycle, is a physiological cycle that occurs in some fertile female humans and other hominins. Other mammals go through estrous cycles. In women of childbearing age and female primates, the endometrium undergoes cyclical changes every month or so, with autonomous thickening, blood vessel proliferation, glandular growth and secretion, and endometrial collapse and shedding accompanied by bleeding. This periodic vaginal discharge or uterine bleeding is called menstruation.

According to experts, some women skip breakfast to lose weight, some because they are under tight working hours, and there are other reasons. Regardless of the reason, skipping breakfast is very harmful to women's health, especially in winter. Skipping breakfast will make the body's "fire power" even more insufficient, causing women to feel cold, which will cause the blood vessels in the pelvic cavity to contract, leading to ovarian dysfunction, which can cause too little menstrual flow, menstrual disorders, and even amenorrhea.

Therefore, modern women, especially white-collar workers in the workplace, should develop good eating habits, especially eating breakfast on time. In winter, women need to stay beautiful and should stick to a scientific diet, especially not going out on an empty stomach without eating breakfast, which is most likely to affect their health.

Breakfast is essential for ensuring human health, maintaining physical fitness, and improving learning and work efficiency. Not eating breakfast for a long time will not only affect study and work, but also cause some diseases, such as gallstones, gastritis, rough skin, low blood pressure and so on.

If you often skip breakfast, your body's endocrine system will be out of balance, which will lead to irregular menstruation. If you have irregular menstruation for a long time, you will develop some gynecological diseases. Skipping breakfast will also have a certain impact on your mood, which will directly affect your daily study and work.
