Modern young women are still very concerned about whether to choose breastfeeding after giving birth, because they all know that breastfeeding has many benefits. Breast care during lactation: Rubbing the breasts or applying hot towels to the breasts can help stimulate milk discharge and prevent the baby from sucking for too long. Before breastfeeding, do not rub the nipples with strong irritants such as soap and alcohol to avoid damaging the nipples. Be sure to place most of the nipple and areola into the baby's mouth, so that sucking will cause less tension on the mother's breast and the baby will be able to get full quickly. Use your index finger to gently press the baby's chin and let the baby spit out the nipple naturally. Never pull the nipple hard. Repeated pulling can cause damage to the nipple or breast.

For breast massage during lactation, use one palm to lift the breast from the base, and use the thenar muscle of the other hand to push towards the nipple several times. Use both hands to gently twist the nipples for about 30 seconds. Use the thenar muscles of both hands to massage the chest for 2 to 3 minutes, from the outside to the nipple. Use both hands to massage your waist alternately until you feel warmth on the skin.
