What to do if your breasts become dry and sagging after breastfeeding

Many women will experience shriveled and sagging breasts after the lactation period. This is because the mammary glands no longer secrete milk and shrink rapidly. In this case, if the breasts are not massaged and scientifically cared for in time, it can easily cause deformation of the female body. In fact, the situation of dry and sagging breasts can be completely avoided after we carry out scientific and reasonable care.

Expectant mothers should start taking care of their breasts from the beginning of pregnancy. They should use manual massage and wear suitable bras to lift the breasts. In addition, they should feed the baby correctly during the lactation period and avoid excessive weight loss, which can prevent the breasts from sagging and shrinking.

Some mothers are eager to lose weight because of postpartum weight gain, and dieting is the most direct and common way to lose weight. When the body is in a state of hunger for a long time, it will inevitably mobilize stored fat and protein to cope with it, and the main structural components of the breast are fat and collagen. The chest fat decreases, the skin becomes loose, and the chest muscles are lost. Malnutrition causes the glandular tissue to atrophy, and the overall chest tissue decreases. However, the connective tissue connecting the chest muscles and breasts does not decrease accordingly, so the breasts become smaller and sag. Therefore, mothers should not rush to diet and lose weight after giving birth, but should adopt the correct approach and proceed step by step.

In addition, if you want to maintain the curve of your breasts, exercise in the later period of lactation is also very important. Chest expansion exercises can exercise the connective tissue of the chest, allowing it to remain firm without support, which plays a very important role in maintaining a female figure. In addition, many women lose self-confidence due to sagging breasts, which is actually completely unnecessary. Keeping breasts healthy is the most important thing for our body.
