4. Fresh wolfberry juice

Nourishes the liver and kidneys. It is suitable for symptoms such as more or less menstrual disorders, early or late menstruation, dizziness, hot flashes in the five parts of the body, facial flushing, and sore waist. Wash 250 grams of fresh wolfberry, wrap it in gauze, and squeeze out the juice. 10-20 ml each time, twice a day.

5. Leek juice

Warm Yang Han Palace. It is suitable for symptoms such as cold body and limbs, pale complexion, listlessness, sore waist and knees, scanty or excessive menstrual blood, light and clear color, and frequent urination at night. Wash the leeks, wrap them with clean gauze, squeeze out the juice, and add some sugar before taking. Take twice a day, 5 to 10 ml each time.
