Causes of hot and cold spells during menopause

Many people may think that menopause is a condition that only female friends will experience. In fact, it is not like that. Many male friends may also experience menopause, but the chance of it happening to female friends is higher. So when menopause occurs, we will feel some changes in our bodies. We will also feel that our bodies are hot and cold. No matter how much clothes we wear, we will still feel cold. This is because our body resistance has decreased.

★Physical factors: cold stimulation, dry air, windy and sandy climate, and sunlight exposure make the capillary tolerance exceed the normal range, causing capillary dilation and rupture.

★ Primary cases are mostly inherited, that is, parents or family members have suffered from this disease;

★Beauty care factors: such as the damage caused by the acid components in skin care products and the dilation and rupture of capillaries, as well as the weakening of skin immunity caused by skin peeling, are also the causes of blushing during menopause.

★Regional factors: such as plateau climate stimulation and high altitude, which causes skin hypoxia, leading to an increase in the number of red blood cells and causing capillary dilation and rupture.

★Ultraviolet radiation: Strong ultraviolet radiation damages the stratum corneum, causing poor capillary dilation and causing menopausal blushing.

★Occupational factors: such as chef. Welders and other flames are burning.

★Complications of local or systemic diseases cause capillary dilation and rupture.

When the temperature difference is too great, such as when you go from a cold room to an air-conditioned room, and the temperature fluctuates between hot and cold, the capillaries lose their elasticity due to repeated contraction and expansion, which is reflected in the cheeks and nose, causing the cheeks to become red and stinging. In the early stages, the face will turn red and return to its original state immediately, but if it continues for a long time, the blood vessels will contract, lose their dilation function, and harden in an over-dilated state, making the face look red even at normal times. In severe cases, facial flushing may occur after lowering the head and then raising it again.

In this case, we should pay attention to keeping warm. This is mainly caused by physical reasons, which cause our capillaries to expand too severely and cause rupture. In this case, we will feel that our body temperature is somewhat unbalanced. So try not to use air conditioning, because when you come out of the air conditioner, you will feel your body is particularly hot, which will also cause alternating hot and cold conditions.
