What is the reason for lower abdominal pain and leucorrhea in women

The pain in the lower abdomen on the right side increases with the increase in discharge. There are two possible reasons: 1. Physiological reasons, such as when it is ovulation, because ovulation is the period when the uterus and ovaries alternate. If it happens to be the ovulation period of the right uterus and ovary, the continuous growth of the egg will cause a certain amount of bleeding in the uterus and ovary blood vessels, resulting in the main manifestation of pain, and even when the follicle ruptures, it will cause lower abdominal pain. During ovulation, the level of estrogen increases, causing vaginal secretions to increase. At this time, more secretions will be produced. If they disappear within about 3 days, it will not affect your health. 2. Failure to check whether there are physiological factors, such as ovarian cysts and inflammation of the right adnexal area, may also cause excessive vaginal discharge and lower abdominal pain, so color ultrasound is needed to check whether there are gynecological diseases.

Some women feel that their secretions are heavy and may need to wear sanitary napkins during the day. Under normal circumstances, it is sufficient to change underwear once a day. If you often need to use sanitary napkins and change your underwear several times a day, your vaginal discharge will definitely increase. There are several types of conditions where leucorrhea increases:

1. Vaginitis: Whether it is candidal vaginitis, bacterial vaginitis, or candidal vaginitis, they are all symptoms of increased leucorrhea. In addition, there are other symptoms.

2. Cervical erosion: The clinical symptoms are increased vaginal discharge and irregular bleeding, i.e. bleeding during intercourse. Because columnar epithelial cells are displaced during cervical erosion and can secrete a lot of mucus, some people have a lot of vaginal discharge when they come to see a doctor. In case of cervical erosion, cervical acid-fast staining must be done. If the cervical acid-fast staining is normal and the leucorrhea increases, you can first use a vaginal suppository to treat cervical erosion. If the effect is still not good, you can do cervical physical therapy, cervical cooling, cervical laser, cervical electric ironing and other treatments. If the patient has not conceived, cervical cryopreservation can be performed, because it will not affect the structure of the cervix and will not affect future pregnancy. For older patients who are not planning to conceive again, cervical laser or cervical ironing can be performed.
