What are the causes of non-menstrual bleeding?

If female friends experience bleeding symptoms during their non-menstrual period, it is likely because you have reached your ovulation period, so you can test for some signs of ovulation. If it is not due to ovulation, it may be caused by gynecological diseases, such as metritis or pelvic effusion. In this case, female friends need to understand the causes of non-menstrual bleeding and then receive treatment from a doctor.

In a normal woman's menstrual cycle, the 12th to 14th day is the date of ovulation. At this time, due to the rupture of the follicle and the fluctuation of estrogen, the vascular permeability changes and red blood cells leak out of the blood vessels, causing a small amount of vaginal bleeding. This is the ovulation bleeding phenomenon.

If you have bleeding outside of your menstrual period, you must first determine whether it is ovulation bleeding! If you want to determine whether it is ovulation bleeding, you can measure your basal body temperature and observe the relationship between bleeding and body temperature. So as to avoid mistaking it for ovulation bleeding and neglecting the early diagnosis and treatment of other diseases. Ovulation bleeding is usually small in amount and short in duration, so no treatment is required. If the amount of bleeding is heavy, you can take hemostatic drugs to control the bleeding.

Pelvic effusion refers to the presence of inflammatory exudate in the pelvic cavity. It can occur after the endometrium becomes inflamed. It is a slightly viscous fluid that exudes from the swollen cells of the endometrial tissue and is gradually wrapped by the surrounding tissue to form a cystic mass. Ovulation bleeding may be accompanied by lower abdominal pain and discomfort. This may be due to serosal or bloody exudation or a small amount of blood accumulation in the pelvic cavity during ovulation. Generally, no treatment is required. If the pain is severe and does not last for a long time, you must see a doctor to rule out other diseases.

The above is an introduction to the causes of non-menstrual bleeding. I believe that after reading it, you should all know that there are two main situations of non-menstrual bleeding. I hope that female friends can learn to judge. If you have reached your ovulation period, it will be very helpful for you to conceive. It is recommended that you have sex at this time.
