(4) Others: such as those who engage in mental work, overuse of the brain, living in a noisy environment, or drinking too much alcohol, tea, or coffee. Insomnia can be divided into: difficulty falling asleep, early awakening and easy awakening. The main symptom is lack of sleep, which is often accompanied by many discomfort symptoms and mental manifestations. Severe insomnia can also induce some psychosomatic diseases.

Treatment 1: Don't be nervous, build confidence, and seek reasonable and effective methods to overcome insomnia. Insomnia is not a serious disease, and it doesn't matter if you sleep less for a few hours in one day or several days. It can be combined with diet therapy, Chinese medicine, Western medicine, acupuncture, physical therapy, qigong, etc.
