The main symptom is lack of sleep, which is often accompanied by many discomfort symptoms and mental manifestations. Severe insomnia can also induce some psychosomatic diseases.

Treatment 1: Don't be nervous, build confidence, and seek reasonable and effective methods to overcome insomnia. Insomnia is not a serious disease, and it doesn't matter if you sleep less for a few hours in one day or several days. It can be combined with diet therapy, Chinese medicine, Western medicine, acupuncture, physical therapy, qigong, etc.
