What is the reason for the small particles on the labia

If you have eczema on your labia, you may be suffering from vulvar eczema. This disease usually has obvious symptoms on the skin around the vulva, which can cause severe itching of the vulva skin. During the acute stage of vulvar eczema, erythema is likely to form on the vulvar skin, and many small papules are also likely to grow, which are what some patients call small granules. If the condition is severe, the papules may merge with each other and even cause skin ulcers.

Vulvar eczema is an allergic skin disease caused by various etiologies, characterized by polymorphic lesions, inflammatory exudates and severe itching. Allergy is an important cause of disease. Vulvar eczema can affect the vulva and surrounding skin, with symptoms including severe itching. It needs to be differentiated from contact dermatitis, neurodermatitis and psoriasis. Allergy is an important cause of the disease: the main allergens include: cosmetics, radiation, plant pollen, eggs, fish, shrimp, milk and other foreign proteins; metabolic products in the body, intestinal parasites, digestive tract diseases and autoantibodies produced in the body. Mental factors lead to neuroendocrine dysfunction, which increases the skin's susceptibility to various stimuli and easily induces eczema.

Isolate allergens and various adverse stimuli; treat chronic systemic diseases; keep the perineum clean and dry, and do not use irritating cleansers or creams; avoid eating irritating and allergenic foods; adjust the mental and psychological state. Intravenous or oral anti-allergic drugs, steroid hormones, and appropriate antibiotics when infection occurs. In the acute phase, calamine lotion, boric acid solution, potassium permanganate solution, zinc oxide oil, etc. may be used as appropriate.

When vulvar eczema becomes severe, the blisters may merge with each other and a large amount of fluid may ooze out, followed by erosion of the vulvar skin. The skin lesions caused by this disease are mostly distributed symmetrically. The disease has a certain degree of self-healing ability, but it may recur. If the disease is not treated properly, it may enter the chronic stage, during which the vulvar skin pigmentation becomes more serious and the vulvar skin is prone to cracking.
