There are two ways for women to get pregnant, one is normal pregnancy, the other is ectopic pregnancy. Ectopic pregnancy is not a very common way of pregnancy, but when a wife is pregnant, some symptoms of early pregnancy will also occur. In the early stages of pregnancy, there is little difference between an ectopic pregnancy and a normal pregnancy. So how to get rid of ectopic pregnancy after one month?

How to get rid of ectopic pregnancy after one month?

To put it simply, ectopic pregnancy refers to the implantation of the fetal sac embryo outside the uterine cavity. 99% of ectopic pregnancies are tubal pregnancies. For diagnosed ectopic pregnancy, it cannot be treated clinically with conventional medical abortion or surgical abortion. Because the gestational sac of ectopic pregnancy is outside the uterine cavity, simply stimulating the uterus to cause uterine contractions cannot expel the gestational sac from the uterus. If an ectopic pregnancy is diagnosed within one month, this situation can be treated in two ways. First, if the condition is relatively mild, the tumor volume is relatively small, and the hcg value is relatively low, this situation can be treated with drugs. Common drugs include mifepristone and methotrexate. Second, if the tumor is relatively large and there is a possibility of rupture of abdominal blood vessels, this situation requires surgical treatment. The most common surgical treatment is laparoscopic partial elimination surgery.

Will there be bleeding after one month of ectopic pregnancy?

2. Ectopic pregnancy may also cause diarrhea. If you don't observe the condition carefully, it is easy to think it is indigestion or gastrointestinal crisis.

3. After the test tube embryo dies, irregular vaginal bleeding often occurs, mostly in the form of dripping, dark brown in color, small in amount, generally not exceeding the menstrual flow, and not clean;

4. Due to subacute bleeding in the abdomen, it may cause reduced blood flow and severe abdominal pain, which may lead to fainting in mild cases and shock in more serious cases.
