What is the cause of kidney deficiency and blood stasis in women

Due to their own physiological reasons, women often have physiological problems when they are not paying attention, and if they are not properly regulated in normal times, gynecological problems will slowly emerge. There are many situations that will make us feel particularly distressed, especially sometimes women will experience kidney deficiency and blood stasis. So what is the cause of kidney deficiency and blood stasis in women? Let’s learn more about it through the following introduction.

The occurrence mechanism of kidney deficiency and blood stasis in internal medicine is mainly due to the gradual decline of organ function, weakening of kidney qi, imbalance of yin and yang, or long-term exhaustion of chronic diseases when the human body enters old age, which will inevitably affect the kidneys. The insufficient biochemical function of the kidneys leads to dryness of blood vessels, poor blood circulation and blood vessel obstruction. It can be considered that kidney deficiency and blood stasis occur on the basis of systemic dysfunction and disorders, and the lesions of kidney deficiency and blood stasis are mostly systemic, such as arteriosclerosis, hypertension, diabetes, various geriatric diseases and coronary heart disease. However, the mechanism of kidney deficiency and blood stasis in gynecology is not exactly the same as that in internal medicine. Traditional Chinese medicine believes that the kidney stores essence, controls reproduction, and is the foundation of yin and yang in the human body. Whether female reproductive function is normal or not is mainly related to the reproductive function of the kidney. When the kidney qi is abundant, yin and yang are balanced, the essence is secreted, the Chong and Ren meridians are unobstructed, the qi and blood are regulated, the uterus is full, and the menstruation is on time, then seed can be conceived naturally.

Women's body is based on kidney and their function is blood. If kidney qi is insufficient, kidney essence cannot be transformed into blood, Chong and Ren meridians will not be filled, blood vessels will not be full and blood deficiency and blood stasis will occur. On the other hand, weak kidney qi is unable to promote blood circulation, and Chong and Ren blood circulation will be stagnant and form blood stasis, just as Wang Qingren said: "If the original qi is weak, it will not be able to reach the blood vessels. If the blood vessels are without qi, they will stagnate and form blood stasis"; or if kidney yang is insufficient, it cannot warm and nourish the blood vessels, and the blood will become cold and coagulate and form blood stasis; or if kidney yin is deficient, virtual heat will be generated endogenously, which will damage body fluid and burn blood, and the blood will become thick and stagnant and form blood stasis. Therefore, kidney deficiency can cause blood stasis. However, blood stasis in the blood vessels hinders the production of kidney Qi, the stimulation of kidney Yang, and the nourishment of kidney Yin, aggravating kidney deficiency. Deficiency leads to blood stasis, and blood stasis leads to aggravated deficiency, which are mutually causal and form a vicious cycle. The origin of Chong and Ren is in the kidney. Chong is the sea of blood and Ren governs the fetus. If the kidney is deficient, Chong and Ren will not be sufficient, and blood stasis will cause Chong and Ren to be blocked. Qi and blood cannot flow downward smoothly, and the uterus, uterine vessels and uterine networks lose nourishment. The reproductive axis of kidney-tiangui-chongren-uterus cannot function normally, thus causing a series of gynecological diseases such as menstruation, leukorrhea, pregnancy and delivery. Therefore, kidney deficiency and blood stasis in gynecology mainly reflects the dysfunction of the kidney-Chongren-uterus reproductive axis and does not necessarily have systemic symptoms of kidney deficiency and blood stasis.

Through the above introduction, we know what causes kidney deficiency and blood stasis in women. When such a situation occurs, we must pay attention to it. The first thing to do is to go to the hospital for examination, find out the cause and then carry out targeted treatment. In addition, we must pay attention to our living habits and regulate our mood in life.
