Is it better to use sanitary napkins or tampons?

Both tampons and sanitary napkins have their advantages and disadvantages. Compared to toilets, tampons are a menstrual hygiene product for women that has only become popular recently. They have not yet become popular in Asia and other relatively poor and backward regions. Tampons are more convenient than sanitary napkins. Women can use tampons during menstruation without worrying about leakage, and they can still move freely during menstruation. Here are the benefits of using tampons during menstruation.

With the tampon inside, you can take a shower or go to the toilet! Many girls are confused: Can I go to the toilet after using a tampon? The answer is, of course! Depending on the flow rate, the tampon needs to be replaced after about four to eight hours of use (be sure to remember to replace it!). If you want to go to the toilet during this period, just be careful not to dirty the string on the tampon, there is no need to take out the tampon! Therefore, there is no need to change the tampon every time you take a shower or go to the toilet. Isn’t it convenient?

No matter how heavy the traffic is, you can sleep soundly until dawn. Have you ever used a large sanitary napkin (40cm is enough to cover your entire butt!) when you slept at night, but still got the sheets dirty when you turned over? Although sanitary napkins have wings to help keep them in place, they may still move around during sleep and cause displacement and leakage. In fact, tampons, like sanitary napkins, are available in different sizes. Various brands have night-time tampons to choose from. Once you switch to tampons, you can greatly reduce the chance of staining the sheets (basically, there will be no staining at all if used correctly), and you can sleep dry and peacefully at night and sleep soundly until dawn!

It should be noted that tampons can be used at night. If your menstrual flow is heavy, you can use sanitary napkins together with tampons at night. If you feel uneasy, you don’t need to use tampons at night and can use sanitary napkins instead. Although using tampons can liberate women during menstruation, it is still recommended not to do strenuous exercise during menstruation, and it is best not to go swimming or take a hot spring bath.
