What causes breast cysts?

Although many girls nowadays are very young, when they go for check-ups they will find that many girls have lobular breast hyperplasia. Although it is not a big problem, it is better to get treatment. Some women may also suffer from breast cysts. If we understand the pathogenesis of this disease, it will actually be helpful for treatment. Next, let’s learn about the causes of breast cysts.

Breast disease, which causes unbearable pain to women, is a common and frequently occurring disease. It is a major disease that endangers women's physical and mental health. It is divided into five categories: mastitis, breast hyperplasia, breast fibroma, breast cyst, and breast cancer. Its causative factors are relatively complex. If the treatment is not timely or improper, lesions may occur, which may lead to life-threatening situations at any time.

Breast cysts are caused by poor breast structure, inflammation, or other reasons that lead to the shedding of the epithelium in the mammary lobe or lobule ducts or the obstruction of the ducts by other substances. As a result, milk from the lobes is not discharged smoothly, and milk accumulates in the breasts, causing the ducts to expand and form cysts. Breast cyst is a benign lesion of the breast, mostly located in the center of the breast and around the nipple, especially above the nipple. It is often accompanied by a history of breast inflammation and breast trauma, which leads to obstruction of the large duct opening.

Breast cysts are divided into two categories: simple breast cysts and milk stasis cysts. Simple breast cysts are cysts formed when breast cell secretions are retained in the ducts. The lumps are round or oval in shape, with a halo on the surface and clear boundaries, and can be single or multiple. Milk stasis cyst is a cyst formed due to blockage of the mammary duct and milk accumulation, accompanied by symptoms of redness, swelling, heat and pain in the breast.

Increasing your intake of soy foods can be beneficial for breast health. Because soybeans and foods processed from soybeans contain isoflavones, a substance that can lower estrogen levels in women and reduce breast discomfort. If you eat two meals a day containing foods such as tofu, soy milk, etc., it will be very beneficial to breast health.

Breast cysts can be very troublesome for women, so when you find this disease, you must go to a Grade A hospital for examination and treatment. Do not go to some small gynecological hospitals. Breast cysts are divided into two types. When checking, you must see clearly which type you have. Eat more foods that are good for the breasts.
