Shuangjin Rice Porridge

[Ingredients] Chicken gizzard lining 30 g, Centella asiatica 250 g, Japonica rice 100 g.

[Preparation method] Wash the chicken's gizzard lining, dry it, and grind it into powder. Put the Houttuynia cordata into a casserole and cook it into soup. Then remove the residue and keep the liquid. Wash the polished rice and put it into the casserole together with the soup and cook it into porridge. Add sugar.
