Are there any dangers for women to have too much sex?

We often say that excessive indulgence is bad for the body. In fact, this sentence is not only a reminder to male friends, but also has the same effect on female friends. You may not agree with what I say, because men who indulge in excessive sexual activities in life will experience physical discomfort such as soreness in the waist and legs, while women rarely have this situation. In fact, if women have excessive sex, it will also be harmful. So what are the harms?

Some young women often develop a series of symptoms of kidney deficiency, such as back pain, weak legs, dizziness, lack of energy, poor appetite, and even increased vaginal discharge after getting married. Some people experience frequent urination and urgency due to excessive sexual intercourse... The reason is that they have sex too frequently, some once every 1-2 days, and some several times a night.

There is nothing wrong with having more sex after marriage. However, if it is not restrained and indulged in, it will inevitably lead to adverse consequences.

Modern medicine emphasizes that sexual intercourse should not be excessive so as not to consume essence and damage energy. Yet many women believe that excessive sexual activity is unique to men. Actually, this is not the case. Excessive sexual intercourse is more harmful to men, but it also has certain effects on women. Because sexual intercourse is a systemic comprehensive reaction of the central nervous system, autonomic nervous system, sympathetic system and parasympathetic nervous system of both men and women.

Some studies have found that women also experience systemic symptoms such as muscle spasms, rapid heartbeat, rapid breathing, increased blood pressure, general weakness, profuse sweating, and extreme fatigue during sexual intercourse.

For women, excessive sexual intercourse can lead to autonomic dysfunction, with a series of symptoms such as listlessness, dizziness, pale complexion, dark circles around the eyes, irritability, dry mouth, sore waist and knees, increased leucorrhea, and some may even experience irregular menstruation. From this we can see that women also need to prevent excessive sexual intercourse.

In fact, in our lives, harmonious sex life is the spice of couples therapy, which can increase the feelings between couples. However, when this harmony is broken, it affects the physical health of both people and can cause a lot of harm in the long run. So here I want to say to those newlywed young people that they must be moderate in sex.
