The fallopian tube is where the female's eggs are transported and fertilized. If there is a problem with the fallopian tubes, fertilization will be hindered and pregnancy will be difficult. Therefore, fallopian tube problems are a health issue that women must pay attention to. What should I do if I find adhesions in my fallopian tubes? How to treat fallopian tube adhesions? In order to solve the troubles faced by many women in this regard, let us take a look at it together.

Fallopian tube obstruction is the main cause of infertility. Clinically, 40-60% of infertility patients are caused by fallopian tube factors, which are generally chronic inflammation. If the fallopian tube is blocked, angiography is needed to confirm it, and treatment is required, usually surgically, and hospitalization is required. At present, various hospitals adopt many methods to treat fallopian tube adhesions, including laparoscopy, intervention, physical therapy, enema, and drug treatment. According to our experience, the treatment of fallopian tube adhesions should be based on the location of the adhesions and the anatomical characteristics of each part. Depending on the location of adhesion, the methods for treating fallopian tube adhesions can also be divided into treatment of fallopian tube lumen adhesions and treatment of peri-tubal adhesions.

Treatment of the proximal lumen of the fallopian tube: The best treatment for proximal adhesions is currently tubal interventional cannulation via X-ray. There is currently no good method for distal fallopian tube adhesions. If the adhesions are not serious, treatment is not recommended and you can try to get pregnant for 2-3 years. If you are infertile, in vitro fertilization is recommended. If the adhesion is severe, laparoscopic surgery can be performed to separate the distal adhesion.

Treatment of peritubal adhesions: Currently laparoscopic surgery is used.

Getting sick is not scary, what is scary is that you don’t take it seriously. Some diseases that are ignored can easily lead to more serious complications.
