If you massage or moxibustion it every day, the human body will be like having a dual-core processor, and the transportation and utilization of water and grain will be improved and accelerated. The forehead and brow bone belong to the Yangming meridian, and Zusanli is the He point of the Yangming stomach meridian, which directly targets headaches.

For forehead pain, use the split-push method. Place your thumbs on the temples on both sides, and use the other four fingers to push from the center of the forehead to both sides, and then gradually move upwards until you reach the roots of the hair. After that, press hard on the temples and forehead.

How to use: Massage or apply moxibustion to the Zusanli acupoints on both sides for 3 minutes every morning from 7 to 9 am (when the stomach meridian is most active). Start 7 days before your period. At the same time, push the forehead, massage the Taiyang and Yintang for 2 minutes until the menstruation ends.

Avoid all cold things.

Dizziness during menstruation (just use three acupoints to remove phlegm in the body)

I don't feel like eating at ordinary times, my stomach is bloated, I feel dizzy and nauseous when my period comes, my head feels heavy, my chest feels tight, my menstrual flow is small and light in color, the cycle has become longer, once every 37 to 38 days, and my tongue is covered with thick and greasy coating. This is because there is phlegm in the body, which affects the circulation of Qi and blood in the Chong and Ren meridians.

If your residence is damp and you like to eat sweets or greasy foods, these can cause phlegm in your body. Phlegm is the "fog" in the body that blocks the flow of Qi. Before menstruation, the Chong meridian is at the time when blood and qi are flourishing, but the phlegm and turbidity control it tightly, preventing qi and blood from going out, thus causing more qi and blood to accumulate together, not rising as it should, and not falling as it should. If the clear Qi does not rise, the head lacks support, so you feel dizzy and heavy; if the stomach Qi does not descend, food cannot be digested, so your stomach feels bloated. The Qi and blood in the Chong meridian are blocked, and the source of menstruation is insufficient, so the amount is small and the color is light, and the cycle is long.

The way to improve it is to remove the "fog". Fog is afraid of two things, the sun and wind. The circulation of air is wind, so we need to use the yang meridians or qi regulating acupoints, namely Fenglong, Baihui and Tanzhong.

Fenglong is a collateral point of the Stomach Meridian of Foot-Yangming, which can raise the spleen qi and lower the stomach qi. Once it rises and lowers, the qi will flow smoothly. Therefore, Fenglong is the number one point for resolving phlegm. There is a saying that "wherever there is phlegm, Fenglong must be supplemented." It is located between the outer ankle and the knee, two finger widths away from the tibia of the calf. Moxibustion should be performed for 3 minutes every morning from 7 to 9 am.

Baihui is an acupuncture point on the Du meridian. Its name looks like "the meeting point of one hundred meridians" and it is actually the meeting point of Three Yang and Five Meetings, three yang meridians plus the Du meridian and liver meridian. It is the base camp of Yang and Qi, and can mobilize both the sun and wind at the same time. It is on the top of the head and is the midpoint connecting the two ear tips to the top of the head. After getting up every day, use your two index fingers to overlap and press the Baihui point for 2 minutes with strong force.

Tanzhong is an acupuncture point on the Ren meridian, and is also a Qi meeting point and pericardium meridian mu point. It can regulate the Qi of the whole body, just as "Puji" said: "Tanzhong controls Qi." It is located in the front center of the body, between the two breasts. When the qi is not flowing smoothly, it will be very painful when you press it with your fingers. You should persist in massaging for 1 minute every day. If the three acupoints work together and show their strengths, the phlegm-damp constitution can be changed in one month.

Operation method: After getting up in the morning, press Baihui point for 2 minutes to invigorate Yang Qi; from 7 to 9 in the morning, moxibustion Fenglong on both sides for 3 minutes to resolve phlegm; from 7 to 9 in the evening, press and rub Tanzhong point for 2 minutes, because the pericardium meridian is the most prosperous at this time, and the Tanzhong meridian, which is the recruitment point of the pericardium, is the most prosperous.
