Why does a woman have chest pain?

In severe cases, the pain may last throughout the pregnancy and does not require treatment.

3. Premenstrual breast pain. Many women experience breast fullness, hardness, and tenderness before menstruation. In severe cases, the breasts will become swollen and painful with the slightest vibration or collision. The above changes may disappear after menstruation.

4 If the symptoms are severe or irregular, and there are local breast lumps, etc., they are pathological and require diagnosis and treatment by going to the hospital's surgery or breast specialist department for B-ultrasound and mammography examinations.

Pay attention to rest, avoid fatigue and emotional excitement, eat a balanced diet, and combine work and rest. 3. In addition to taking medicine for breast pain, it is more important to maintain an optimistic mood and avoid getting angry or sulking often. 4. Exercise more and participate in appropriate social activities, and eat less salt and spicy food one week before menstruation.

If female friends' chest pain has not been relieved, it is recommended that they go to the hospital for a professional examination in time. It is very likely that they have some diseases such as mastitis and breast hyperplasia. If not treated in time, the condition will become more and more serious and may require surgical treatment.
