Every female friend has to stay in confinement for a month after giving birth. During this period, we must pay special attention to nursing measures, which can effectively help us restore our health. Many people do not pay attention to their diet during the confinement period, which leads to a decline in their physical health. We must eat more nutritious food. The first week in the hospital (or the first 3 days in the hospital): mainly liquid and semi-liquid food, only 3 meals a day are needed, mainly to stimulate the appetite.

1. Millet porridge (thin porridge made from pure millet, it must be thin porridge)

2. Vegetable soup (soybean sprouts, broccoli, kelp, carrots, tomatoes, lettuce, lotus root, peppers (green, yellow, or red), purple cabbage, loofah, edamame, zucchini. Choose 4 or more vegetables each time. Preparation: Put all the vegetables in a pot, add appropriate amount of water, boil until soft, and drink the soup.)

3. Fruits: oranges, grapefruits, strawberries, apples, papayas, cantaloupes, etc., cut into small pieces and eat warm.

3. Red dates stewed with brown sugar water (start drinking it on the third day after delivery for 5-7 days, add appropriate amount of red dates and brown sugar, and boil three bowls of water into one bowl)

4. Red bean soup: (boil red beans and a small amount of shredded ginger over high heat, then simmer for about 30 minutes)

5. Rice wine with eggs (boil a bowl of water, pour in rice wine, add white sugar or brown sugar, beat in an egg and stir well)

Notice! Avoid eating milk, soy milk, large amounts of sucrose and other bloating foods within one week after delivery.

The second week at home: eat a light diet, clear the breast ducts, and expel lochia. Eat small meals frequently, chew more to reduce the burden on the stomach, about 5-6 meals

Breakfast 7-8: Calcium tablets, red bean and red date soup or eggs

Breakfast 9-10:00: One tablet of Elevit, a bowl of fish soup

Lunch at 12 o'clock: a bowl of fish soup + whole grain rice (purple glutinous rice, black rice, sweet potato, purple sweet potato, corn, coix seed, etc., cooked slightly softer) + vegetable and meat slices (lean beef, chicken, fish, etc., with fresh vegetables such as small greens, green peppers, yam, carrots, broccoli, etc. stir-fried together)
