What are the symptoms of immune infertility?

There are still many reasons for infertility. If it is an immune problem that causes women to be unable to conceive, they still need to pay more attention and promptly detect their own discomfort or abnormal reactions, so that they can go to the hospital for examination and diagnosis as soon as possible, and will not miss the best time for treatment. It can be seen that it is still necessary to master the specific symptoms. So what are the symptoms of immune infertility?

Immune infertility refers to infertility caused by immune factors. Immune infertility accounts for about 10-30% of infertile patients, including anti-sperm antibodies, anti-endometrial antibodies, anti-egg antibodies, and other types of immune infertility.

Immune infertility is a very important cause of female infertility, so many women are very concerned about the symptoms of immune infertility. The most common clinical case is immune infertility caused by the production of antisperm antibodies. Due to inflammation of the female reproductive tract, local exudation increases, and immune-related cells enter the reproductive tract.

At the same time, the permeability of the reproductive tract mucosa changes, which enhances the absorption of sperm antigens. Infectious factors such as bacteria and viruses may act as natural adjuvants to enhance the body's immune response to sperm antigens. The appearance of anti-sperm antibodies in the local reproductive tract and blood affects sperm motility, interferes with fertilization and causes infertility.

The symptoms of immune infertility generally manifest as the following three types:

1. Liver-kidney yin deficiency and damp-heat type: hot flashes in the afternoon, night sweats, yellow urine and constipation, fever in the five parts of the body, etc.

2. Liver Qi disharmony and blood stasis type: irregular menstruation, facial pigmentation, dysmenorrhea, chest distension and tightness, spots on the tongue, etc.

3. Susceptible type of lung and spleen deficiency: more susceptible to colds, obstructive coughs, abdominal distension and pain, sore throat, nausea and vomiting, dizziness and spontaneous sweating, etc.

The examination of immune infertility requires relevant examinations such as ovarian pituitary function, endometrial pathology, and chromosomes. There are more than 10 methods for detecting antisperm antibodies, and different methods have different sensitivity, specificity and repeatability.

Through the above introduction, everyone is clear about the symptoms of immune infertility. Deficiencies in the human immune system can easily lead to the occurrence of various diseases. Female infertility is still very serious. It is necessary to prepare for treatment as soon as possible to restore normal fertility as soon as possible and avoid affecting family happiness.
