Symptoms of uterine hypoplasia in women

For women, the uterus is a very important organ. If a woman's uterus is underdeveloped, it will definitely have a great impact on future fertility, because the uterus is the place that determines fertility. If there is any damage to the uterus, it will be very difficult for those with uterine underdevelopment. However, few people know about the symptoms of uterine underdevelopment. So what are the manifestations of female uterine underdevelopment?

Uterine hypoplasia is also known as "immature uterus", which means that the uterus is still smaller than normal size after puberty, commonly known as "small uterus". Delayed menstruation accompanied by infrequent menstruation, dysmenorrhea and even irregular menstruation is often an important manifestation of uterine hypoplasia. Uterine hypoplasia is mainly caused by endocrine dysfunction. Usually, by understanding the size of the uterus, we can also roughly understand whether other endocrine systems are normal, such as whether there are problems with organs such as the pituitary gland, hypothalamus, and ovaries. In clinical practice, artificial cycles are often used to regulate endocrine system, making the uterus larger than before and allowing natural conception. Conception is a complex physiological process that requires the following conditions: 1. The ovaries release normal eggs; 2. The semen is normal and contains normal sperm; 3. The egg and sperm can meet and combine in the fallopian tube to become a fertilized egg; 4. The fertilized egg is successfully transported into the uterine cavity; 5. The endometrium is fully prepared for the implantation of the fertilized egg. .Any abnormality in these links can hinder conception. Identify the cause of infertility, provide targeted treatment, and don't miss the best age for pregnancy.

Symptoms of uterine hypoplasia:

1. Menstrual disorders: mainly characterized by increased menstrual volume or prolonged menstrual period, which may be related to endometrial hyperplasia or ovarian dysfunction.

2. Infertility: Most endometriosis patients do not have blocked fallopian tubes, but the peristalsis may be restricted due to adhesions between the fallopian tubes and the surrounding tissues. In a few patients, the fallopian tube walls are thickened in a nodular manner and the lumen may be blocked. About 74% of patients have a history of infertility due to reasons such as the retroverted and fixed position of the uterus and ovarian dysfunction.

3. Pain during sexual intercourse: Ectopic endometrium in the pelvic cavity often forms nodular lesions in the rectouterine pouch, causing pain when the cervix collides with and the uterus is lifted during sexual intercourse. 4. Dysmenorrhea and pain: mainly manifested as secondary and progressive dysmenorrhea. The pain is mostly located in the lower abdomen and lumbosacral region, and may radiate to the vagina, perineum, anus or thigh. It usually starts 1 to 2 days before menstruation, is most severe on the first day of menstruation, and continues until gradually subsides after menstruation, but it progressively worsens with the menstrual cycle, and the degree of pain is not proportional to the size of the lesion.

It is recommended that everyone observe themselves from these symptoms and aspects to see if they have similar symptoms in this aspect. If you find yourself having these symptoms, it is because your uterus is beginning to show signs of hypoplasia. Women's uterine hypoplasia must be treated promptly for the sake of their future fertility. Therefore, uterine hypoplasia must be controlled.
