What are the symptoms of moderate cervical erosion?

Many women do not pay enough attention in their lives and always have unclean sex lives. Others suffer from moderate cervical erosion due to excessive cleaning. When this happens, it has a great impact on women. It not only affects fertility, but also causes other diseases and even life-threatening situations. So what are the symptoms of moderate cervical erosion?

The grading method of cervical erosion is based on the size of the erosion area, which can be divided into three types: mild cervical erosion, moderate cervical erosion, and severe cervical erosion. When the erosion area is less than 1/3 of the entire cervical area, it is mild cervical erosion; when the erosion area is between 1/3 and 2/3 of the cervical area, it is moderate cervical erosion; when the erosion area is more than 2/3 of the entire cervical area, it is severe cervical erosion.

When women suffer from moderate cervical erosion, they usually experience an increase in leucorrhea, which becomes yellow, sticky and has an odor. When inflammation irritates the vulva, it can also cause itching. When the eroded surface becomes obviously congested, bright red or easily bleeds, there will be contact bleeding during sexual intercourse and irregular vaginal bleeding. Pain: Pain symptoms are rare in cervical erosion. When the pathogens spread to a deeper area, it can cause chronic paracervical connective tissue inflammation, lumbar pain, pelvic pain and dysmenorrhea. If the inflammation spreads to the main ligament, sexual intercourse pain may occur, affecting sexual life.

1. Increased vaginal discharge: Increased vaginal discharge is the main symptom of cervical erosion, and sometimes even the only symptom. Occasionally, there may be a small amount of blood or blood. Some patients may also experience intercourse bleeding during sexual intercourse, which is also called "contact bleeding" in medicine.

2. Lumbar and sacral pain: Pain symptoms caused by cervical erosion are rare. When the pathogens spread to a deeper area, it can cause chronic parametrial connective tissue inflammation, lumbar and sacral pain, pelvic pain and dysmenorrhea. If the inflammation spreads to the main ligament, sexual intercourse pain may occur, affecting sexual life.

3. Bladder symptoms: Inflammation of the cervix can spread or directly spread to the bladder triangle, thereby stimulating the bladder and causing symptoms of frequent urination and painful urination, and sometimes secondary urinary tract infection.

From the above, we can see that when cervical erosion occurs, most of the symptoms will be an increase in leucorrhea, severe low back pain, and may also be a urinary tract infection. If this happens, you should go to the hospital for a detailed examination in time. In addition, in daily life, it is important to pay attention to keeping your sexual life clean.
