Is it normal to have vaginal discharge during the safe period?

The pressure of life is very high nowadays, and women are under a lot of pressure. They will have uncomfortable symptoms in their lower body. Sometimes there is a lot of vaginal discharge, and sometimes they have to endure the pain of pregnancy and miscarriage. So in this situation. Women must understand their own bodies and know what it means to have leucorrhea during their safe period. Women must do the best to protect themselves so that they can take care of their family and children. Let’s find out together

Leucorrhea is a normal physiological phenomenon of women. It is a secretion that flows out of the female vagina and usually changes with the menstrual cycle. So is leucorrhea a safe period? The safe period is to avoid the first 5 days and the last 5 days of the 14 days before menstruation. Leucorrhea often occurs, but it cannot be seen during the menstrual period. Therefore, leucorrhea is not a criterion for determining a safe period. Leucorrhea is a sticky white fluid that flows out of a woman's vagina. Leucorrhea contains lactobacillus, lysozyme and antibodies, so it has the effect of inhibiting bacterial growth.

In addition, during sexual intercourse, the amount of leucorrhea will increase, which will have a lubricating effect on the vagina. Generally, the amount of leucorrhea increases during the middle of the menstrual period and becomes thin and transparent; after ovulation, the leucorrhea becomes thick, turbid and less in quantity. In a way, leucorrhea also reflects the health of women's body. Abnormalities in the color, amount, and smell of leucorrhea are signs and manifestations of a woman's physical condition. Common abnormal leucorrhea include the following: 1. Watery leucorrhea with large amount and watery appearance should first be considered as endometrial cancer or fallopian tube cancer. If abnormal leucorrhea is seen, the medical history should be obtained in detail, and the leucorrhea should be checked for the presence of Trichomonas or fungi. The cervix, uterus and pelvic cavity should be carefully examined, and a cervical smear, biopsy or diagnostic curettage should be performed if necessary. After the cause is identified, appropriate treatment should be given. 2. Bloody leucorrhea If there is blood in the leucorrhea, you should be alert to cervical cancer, endometrial cancer, etc. Cervical polyps, submucous uterine fibroids, senile vaginitis, and IUD insertion can also cause it. 3. Purulent leucorrhea is yellow in color and has a foul odor. It is most commonly seen in Trichomonas vaginitis, followed by chronic cervicitis. It can also be seen in endometritis, pyometra, vaginal foreign bodies, etc. 4. Bean-dreg-like leucorrhea. Also known as cheesy, it is more common in candidal vaginitis and accompanied by vulvar itching. To sum up, leucorrhea has always existed, it is just a matter of the amount when it occurs. Therefore, it is unwise to use leucorrhea to determine the safe period. The safe period is mainly calculated based on the menstrual cycle. But it is mainly for women with stable menstrual cycles.

Therefore, you female friends should know that it is very normal to have leucorrhea during the safe period. Normal leucorrhea is good for women’s private parts. As long as it is not a medical condition, it is okay. However, don't panic if the above situation occurs. Maintain a good and stable mood. As long as we receive reasonable treatment, I believe our condition will improve quickly. Don't have any psychological burden.
