I believe everyone should have heard of ovarian cysts. Ovarian cysts are actually a type of ovarian tumor. Ovarian tumors are also one of the most serious and dangerous threats to women's life and health in recent years. Patients with ovarian cysts may also develop complications such as edema, bleeding, infection, and ascites. Below are some treatment methods for ovarian cysts introduced by the editor. If the mass is smaller than 125px and is suspected to be a non-tumor ovarian cyst with ovarian tumor-like lesions, short-term observation or oral contraceptive drugs or traditional Chinese medicine treatment can be performed. Ultrasound-guided interventional treatment of cysts is performed by puncturing with a thinner imported PTC needle under ultrasound guidance. The position of the needle tip in the cyst can be seen under ultrasound. After the cyst is aspirated and decompressed, the cystic fluid will not overflow. After the cystic fluid is completely drained, a sclerosing drug is injected and retained for 10 minutes to coagulate all the cells secreting the cystic fluid and no longer produce cystic fluid. At the same time, the sclerosing drug is completely extracted again, leaving only the sclerosing drug in the cyst. Once a benign ovarian tumor is diagnosed, it should be treated surgically. The surgical method is selected based on the patient's age, fertility requirements, and the condition of the contralateral ovary. Young patients with unilateral benign ovarian tumors should undergo ovarian cystectomy or oophorectomy to preserve normal ovarian tissue and the contralateral normal ovary as much as possible. Even if there are bilateral ovarian cysts, we should try to perform bilateral ovarian cystectomy to preserve normal ovarian tissue. Perimenopausal patients can undergo unilateral oophorectomy or hysterectomy and bilateral oophorectomy. During the operation, the tumor is dissected and observed with the naked eye to distinguish between benign and malignant tumors. If necessary, frozen pathological sections are performed for histological examination to clarify the nature and determine the scope of the operation. Large tumors, especially those highly suspected of being malignant, should be removed as completely as possible to prevent tumor rupture, leakage of cystic fluid, and spread and implantation of tumor cells. One goal of surgery for ovarian cysts is to rule out malignant tendencies. Surgery can be performed by laparotomy or laparoscopy. Compared with open surgery, laparoscopy can shorten hospital stay, reduce pain, and accelerate postoperative recovery. However, before laparoscopic surgery, preparation for laparotomy should be made. The above are some of the treatment methods for ovarian cysts introduced by the editor. Patients must pay attention to their daily diet. Eat more high-calcium foods, vitamin C and vitamin E. Patients need to avoid eating irritating, pickled, warm, and blood-moving foods. Pay attention to your daily routine and get more rest. |
