Thursday

Breakfast: glutinous rice and donkey-hide gelatin porridge, cake, and sweet and sour cucumbers.

Lunch: Pork tripe stewed with lotus seeds, pheasant wontons, and carp soup with ginger and jujube.

Dinner: stir-fried vegetarian shreds, lotus root, fish and beef tripe, oil fish and Chinese medicine soup.

Friday

Breakfast: pig kidney medicinal porridge, vegetable dumplings, and fermented black beans.

Lunch: Angelica and red date beef soup, braised pigeon with red beans, stir-fried vegetarian shreds.

Dinner: Sugar and wine pork skin soup, chicken stewed with polygonatum and yam, and beef stewed with potatoes.
