What causes chest pain and chest swelling?

For female friends, breast pain or gynecological problems are the most troublesome and have always bothered them. Although women hate these two diseases, they cannot be ignored because they mean that there are certain diseases in the body and they need to be treated immediately. However, we must first understand what causes chest pain and chest swelling.

There are many types of chest pain and distension, which are generally divided into the following categories: distension and pain during puberty, breast distension and pain before menstruation, breast distension and pain during pregnancy, distension and pain after delivery, and distension and pain after artificial abortion. Therefore, we should pay more attention to our daily diet. Our diet needs to be nutritionally balanced, with more whole grains, as well as some fresh fruits and vegetables. Especially adolescent girls should not lose weight blindly, otherwise it will have a great impact on their development. Don't stay up late and pay more attention to rest. Don't drink coffee because coffee contains caffeine, which will aggravate the pain.

Steps/Methods:

1. The earliest chest pain is the distension and pain during puberty. It is because girls begin to develop. With the arrival of the first menstruation, the distension and pain will gradually end and the breasts will grow. The distension and pain before menstruation is due to the increase in the level of female hormones, which causes chest pain. This symptom will disappear after menstruation.

2. The swelling and pain during pregnancy is because the breasts will gradually enlarge in preparation for the secretion of milk. Moreover, the placenta and villi will secrete large amounts of estrogen, prolactin, etc. Some people will even experience this symptom throughout their pregnancy. So don't be nervous or worried, because this is normal and does not require treatment.

3. There will be distension and pain after delivery. Hard lumps will form in the breasts, which will cause pain and swelling of the breasts. It is necessary to breastfeed as soon as possible after delivery so that the breasts can remain unobstructed. Breast pain may also occur after miscarriage because the estrogen level in the body suddenly drops, which causes lumps in the breasts and chest pain.

There are many types of chest pain and chest distension, and you may experience chest pain and chest distension at different times. However, there is no need to worry about chest pain and chest swelling during certain periods, because these are normal physiological conditions and chest pain and chest swelling are only temporary. Once everyone understands the reasons clearly, they will no longer be as blind and ignorant as before.
