How to use female vaginal products

How to use female vaginal products

Female friends need special care and attention, mainly because they are a more vulnerable group. Female genital products are basically the sanitary napkins that our female friends often use. However, some female friends use sanitary napkins incorrectly, which leads to the occurrence of some diseases. So how should female vaginal products be used?

Every time you go to the supermarket to buy sanitary napkins, what else do you look at besides the brand and style? We are talking about the shelf life. Sanitary products such as sanitary napkins, panty liners, and tampons have a shelf life just like food, but few people pay attention to it. We usually think that sanitary products should be sterile after being sterilized at high temperatures. In fact, this sterility has a time limit. Once the time limit is exceeded, sterility is no longer guaranteed. Before purchasing sanitary products, be sure to pay attention to the expiration date on the packaging. There are also many preservation tips during use.

1. How to store sanitary napkins

1. Do not place it in the bathroom. Sanitary napkins are prone to deterioration when exposed to moisture, allowing bacteria to invade and multiply. Even if they are not opened, they will be contaminated, so they need to be stored in a dry, sterile environment. It seems that a damp and dark bathroom is obviously not suitable for storing sanitary napkins. It is best to have a small drawer specifically for storing such sanitary products, separated from other items.

2. Use up within one month after opening. Now that the weather is warm, it is the season when bacteria are prone to multiply. If the opened sanitary napkins are stored for too long, they may be contaminated. It is best to use up the opened package within the month and buy more as you need them. Generally, it is enough to have a month's supply at home (20 tablets for night use and day use in total). Don't buy too much at one time.

3. Wash your hands before touching sanitary napkins. Everyone knows to wash hands after defecation, but how many people can actually wash hands before defecation? Remember, you must wash your hands before your period. Because the process of unpacking, opening, smoothing and sticking the sanitary napkin with your hands will bring germs onto the sanitary napkin. Sanitary napkins are in direct contact with the female vulva skin. The menstrual period is a period when women's resistance is low. If you are not careful, it is very easy to get infected, leading to gynecological diseases.

2. Change sanitary napkins frequently for better hygiene

It is best to change it every two hours. There is a survey: Japanese women change their diapers an average of 6 times a day during menstruation, while Chinese women change diapers 3 times. As we are all Asians, there is not much difference in our physical constitution and the amount of menstrual blood should be similar. How should we choose whether to change or not? Let’s not talk about the advantages of changing, but talk about the disadvantages of not changing. First, there will be an odor. Menstrual blood is odorless. After flowing out of the body and coming into contact with the air, it will develop an odor after oxidation. The longer the time, the stronger the odor. What’s more troublesome is yet to come: menstrual blood is rich in nutrients, which can easily become a “culture medium” for the proliferation of bacteria, thus causing gynecological infections.

3. How to use high-absorbency sanitary napkins

In order to prevent side leakage, many brands have made special designs. For example, some sanitary napkins not only have 360-degree leak-proof and 3D stereoscopic absorbents, but also have the longest towel body at present at 410mm. The comprehensive leak-proof design is suitable for use at night or on days when the flow is heavy. However, gynecological experts recommend that high-absorbency sanitary napkins should be replaced frequently to prevent bacteria from multiplying on the sanitary napkins.

After understanding how to use female genital products, we can better avoid the occurrence of certain diseases. At the same time, female friends should exercise more so that they can better resist some viral attacks. Also, when women use genital products, it is best to choose products from big brands to prevent the occurrence of certain diseases.
