Can a woman with a broken bone have sex?

As the saying goes, a hundred days of extensive changes. In fact, this is really true, because tendons play a very important role in daily exercise. The healing process for patients with more severe injuries will take slightly longer than for other injuries. So, can women still have sex after extensive modifications? This matter will be introduced in detail below.

A large number of changes are mainly to avoid excessive and intense exercise, which may cause further damage to the fracture or tendon rupture site, or even tendon rupture and fracture movement. Intense exercise can also easily cause local damage, swelling, and increased pain, thereby delaying the repair of local tissue damage. Patients with fractures should avoid intercourse within 1-3 months, or use 1 time/month or 1-2 times as a relative standard to prevent excessive intercourse frequency from affecting fracture healing. In addition, in the case of tendon rupture, it is recommended to have sex one month after the injury.

100 days of major changes refers to the damage to the body's tendon, muscle tissue and bone tissue. The basic recovery time is generally three months. This is what 100 days of major changes means. Taking fracture as an example, it usually takes three months to achieve clinical recovery after bone damage.

The healing process is generally divided into three stages. The first stage is 2-4 weeks after injury, which is the local abscess inflammation and organization stage; the second stage is 4-8 weeks after injury, which is the initial callus development stage. In this stage, internal and external callus are formed through intramembranous ossification and endochondral ossification, resulting in the basic connection of the fracture ends; the third stage is 8-12 weeks after injury. In this stage, the bone plate of the initial callus is reshaped to further restore the bone strength and shape before the injury. By the same token, a tendon strain usually takes three months to fully heal.
