How to treat uterine adnexal tumors by B-ultrasound

Women are very fragile animals. Women who seem strong on the outside are actually very fragile on the inside. Beautiful women not only attract all kinds of men, but also attract all kinds of diseases. In today's complex society, more and more women suffer from gynecological diseases. One of the most common diseases is uterine adnexal tumor. So what are the treatments for uterine adnexal tumor?

1. Surgical treatment of benign uterine adnexal cysts

(1) Uterine adnexal cystectomy. This procedure is often used in young patients, especially premenopausal patients, while preserving normal uterine adnexal tissue as much as possible.

(2) Salpingo-hysterectomy: Older patients (over 45 years old) or postmenopausal patients can undergo unilateral or bilateral salpingo-hysterectomy. It is worth noting that in the surgical treatment of larger uterine adnexal cysts, the size of the incision should be ignored and complete resection is preferred to avoid rupturing the patient's pulse and spilling the contents into the abdominal cavity or the incision.

2. Surgical treatment of malignant uterine adnexal cysts

(1) Most patients are in the advanced stage when they seek medical treatment, so every effort should be made to remove the primary cyst and any visible pelvic and abdominal metastases. Because malignant cysts of the uterine adnex are often adhered or infiltrated with the uterus and adnex, forming an integral whole and closely attached to the pelvic peritoneum, treatment options include omentectomy, partial intestinal resection, and ureterectomy.

(2) Consider placing a catheter in the peritoneal cavity to facilitate the postoperative intraperitoneal injection of chemotherapy drugs.

After reading the above introduction, you should have understood some treatment methods of uterine adnexal cysts. I hope it can help friends in need. In fact, uterine adnexal cysts are not that scary. As long as you cooperate with the doctor and actively treat the disease, you will recover soon. At the same time, I would like to remind all female friends that women should know how to take care of themselves so that they will become more and more beautiful!
