How to treat vas deferens stones?

Infertility occurs between some couples, which seriously affects the happiness between the couples. Therefore, it is necessary to pay attention to taking timely treatment methods for treatment. Many infertility cases are caused by problems with the male vas deferens and the female fallopian tubes. So how to treat vas deferens stones? Let me introduce this issue to you below.

1. Symptoms of chronic vas deferens: Pain or redness and swelling of the scrotum on the affected side, with pain radiating to the abdomen and thigh. Its clinical symptoms are milder than those of acute vas deferens, with a slow onset and a history of recurrent attacks. It is often accompanied by testicular and epididymitis. Physical examination can show that the scrotal section of the vas deferens becomes thicker and harder. In severe cases, the vas deferens is adhered to the surrounding area, the levator testis muscle is tense, and the scrotum and testicles are retracted.

2. Symptoms of acute vas deferens: Distended and painful scrotum on the affected side, red and swollen skin, pain radiating to the abdomen and the thigh root on the same side, often causing the patient to bend over and hold his abdomen. There is local tenderness in the scrotum and obvious tenderness in the vas deferens. In severe cases, fever may occur and purulent lesions may form around the vas deferens.

3. Symptoms of vas deferens obstruction: ) No sperm or a small number of sperm in semen; ) Normal testicle morphology or slightly reduced, with normal texture; ) Abnormal palpation of the epididymis or vas deferens; ) Normal or slightly elevated blood FSH level. 4. Symptoms of vas deferens cyst: Physical examination shows that it is an independent lump that is not connected to the testicle. It feels smooth, has clear boundaries, is soft in texture, and is movable. It can be felt to be cystic on palpation, but if it is a long-standing cyst, it can also be quite firm, similar in hardness to the testicle and epididymis.

The above is my opinion on this issue. If the patient has the above problems, the patient should pay attention to timely treatment to ensure the patient's physical health, especially some patients whose safety is seriously affected by infertility. Finally, I wish the patient a speedy recovery.
