Exploring the causes and hazards of uneven uterine echo

As the population continues to grow, many female friends have experienced uneven uterine echo. Uneven uterine echo is a common phenomenon, but it will affect women's psychology, body, and normal work and study. This makes many female friends feel confused and worried, and many friends have begun to pay attention to this issue. So, what exactly causes uneven uterine echo? This is a question that everyone is curious about. Next, let's explore the causes of uneven uterine echo, hoping to help everyone:

1. Uterine hypoplasia or absence: Uterine hypoplasia or absence due to the hypoplasia or aplasia of the paramesonephric duct often manifests as primary amenorrhea.

2. Endometritis: The most common endometritis that causes amenorrhea is tuberculous endometritis. Other severe endometritis after miscarriage or postpartum may also cause amenorrhea.

3. After hysterectomy or intrauterine radiotherapy: After hysterectomy due to reproductive tract diseases or after intrauterine radiotherapy for some uterine malignancies, the endometrium is destroyed.

4. Endometrial damage or adhesion syndrome: It often occurs after artificial abortion, postpartum hemorrhage or post-abortion bleeding after curettage. It is usually caused by excessive curettage, which damages the uterus, leads to uterine adhesions and amenorrhea.

What is the inspection method?

Method 1: B-ultrasound examination: B-ultrasound is an effective method of auxiliary diagnosis. The sonogram of endometrial cyst shows granular and fine echoes. When there are endometrial fragments inside, it is easy to be similar to the echo of hair contained in the fat in teratoma. Sometimes, partitions are seen inside, and the echoes of each cyst cavity are different.

Method 2: Laparoscopic examination: It is one of the main methods of diagnosis now. Laparoscopy can directly observe the pelvic cavity, and a clear diagnosis can be made by seeing the ectopic lesions. The disease can also be staged based on the examination, making it easier to decide on treatment plans.

Harms of uneven endometrial echo:

1. Dysmenorrhea and chronic lower abdominal pain

Patients are characterized by secondary, progressively aggravated dysmenorrhea, mainly with distending pain in the lower abdomen and anus, which may start 1 to 2 days before menstruation and disappear after menstruation. The pain starts in the lumbosacral region and abdomen, radiating to the vagina, perineum, anus or thigh. The degree of pain is related to the location of the ectopic focus, but is not proportional to the size of the lesion.

2. Menstrual disorders

15% of patients with endometriosis may experience increased menstrual flow, prolonged menstrual periods or spotting. It is caused by the ovaries being destroyed by ectopic cysts, or the ovaries being wrapped by adhesions, resulting in ovarian dysfunction and menstrual disorders; at the same time, patients often have uterine fibroids or adenomyomas, which can also cause prolonged menstruation or extended menstrual period.

3. Infertility

Patients with uneven endometrial echo often suffer from infertility, which has become one of the important causes of infertility.

4. Pain during sexual intercourse

About 30% of patients with uneven endometrial echo often complain of pain during sexual intercourse. It is mostly caused by mechanical stimulation.

In the above introduction, we know the causes, inspection methods and dangers of uneven uterine echo. I believe that my friends have already understood this, and I hope it will be helpful to everyone, so that we can better master the knowledge about uneven uterine echo, better prevent the phenomenon of uneven uterine echo, and better study and live. I hope everyone has a good body.
